RSI is a fabricator of custom gaskets using advanced techniques and state-of-the-art machinery. We are dedicated to providing our customers with high quality products with the support and service required. As an authorized Value-Added fabricator for gasket material OEMs, we use the best availableproducts for both EMI/RFI and environmental seals custom designed to your demanding specifications. We design and fabricate the dies and maintain the tooling in configuration controlled inventory permitting you to order new parts as they are needed and to be certain that you will receive identical parts.

We function as a one-stop fabrication shop for bonding, protecting, masking, bundling, enhancing, shielding, damping, splicing, color coding, reinforcing, and case sealing of tapes. Extensive experience in tape slitting, combined with computer-controlled slitters, facilitates the production of precision-sized tapes from materials such as 3M, Arlon, CHR Fusion, Saint Gobain, and silicone-based products. Our team will also assist you in selecting the right tape for your specific job requirements.

Tape Slitting
RSI has the capability to custom slit pressure sensitive adhesive tape products to your specific needs. We can slit rolls into various widths and then cut to specified lengths according to your specifications. We can slit all tape materials including film, foils, paper, fabrics, rubber, plastics, UPVC, PTFE, TeflonĀ®, foam tapes, polyamide, fiberglass reinforced filament tape, poly coated tapes. We offer tape slitting services for pressure sensitive tape master rolls.

Kiss Cutting
Our state-of-the-art machinery allows us to ensure precision cut pieces. Pieces peel cleanly and evenly from their release liner. Our parts maintain a minimal and consistent gap. Kiss-cutting is available on all adhesive backed pieces, or on non-adhesive materials.

Electromechanical Assy Build to Print
Our CRI Division specializes in build-to-print services that support our customers in the military, aerospace, and oil industries. Our solutions address a wide range of customer needs and can include a variety of simple and/or complex electromechanical assemblies, such as signal input boxes, power & telemetry control panels, bulkhead panels, DC distribution panels, flight line test boxes, as well as other products for power, signal, and RF test station applications. We also build a wide range of assemblies for aerospace applications requiring AS9100 certifications, including F-16 avionics panels and test equipment. Through our integrator / reseller partnerships with Silicon Graphics, Dell, HP, and SUN Microsystems, we provide high quality, rugged computing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. We employ commercial off-the-shelf components and sub-components to create computing solutions that meet challenging environmental requirements. Skilled electrical and mechanical engineers use 3-D design tools, including AutoCAD and Solid Works, to accurately model new system structures and create component models from existing designs. Advanced CAD software is also used for designing custom interface PCBs.
